Legendary heroine of the Ulster Cycle of Irish mythology whose name means "the Shadowy One" or "shady"—mistress of the fortress Dún Scáith on the Isle of Skye. Renowned trainer of heroes, she taught Cú Chulainn the secrets of combat, gifting him the deadly spear Gáe Bolg and forging him into Ulster's greatest champion.
Flowing crimson hair, piercing golden eyes, and ornate armor— and keeping her shadowy presence. She was tactical, capable, and beautiful in equal measure.
